Oct 11, 2017 - Many have asked 'How did it go in Ottawa?'

I presented a written brief and gave a verbal presentation on September 19th, 2017 before the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights regarding the purposed legislation, Bill C-46 (An Act to Amend the Criminal Code).

I testified before this Committee to encourage amendments be made to convicted impaired drivers that cause death. A week later those amendments were voted down by our current Liberal Government.

The mandatory minimum sentence for Impaired Drivers That Cause Death will remain at $1000.00. Our current Government feels this is a fit, fair and justified sentence. I say B.S!

I’m not giving up, not by a long shot….I’m regrouping……..
